Our Barbecues are cooked over a lumpwood charcoal with homemade burgers, award winning local butcher sausages, chicken portions, ribs etc. All coated in a Cozies Special Homemade Sauce.
All pigs are freshly cooked on a rotating spit. Over apple wood and charcoal pits, for a unique flavour and tenderness. The whole cooking process takes approximately 8-10 hours.

Our catering trailers are ideal for special occassions, sport tournament's, carnival/fête's and public/private events. The catering trailer can provide tea, coffee, hot chocolate and contains refrigerator's for soft drinks and chocolate bars etc. With the built in hot plate and bain-marie we can cater burgers, hotdogs and bacon & egg rolls etc.
Our Onsite Catering service is based in East Anglia in Gorleston-On-Sea near Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. We'll happily cater in Cambridgeshire & Suffolk and consider any event anywhere in the Uk.
